Altera a Lei nº 13.675, de 11 de junho de 2018, para prever o Programa Nacional de Prevenção e Combate à Vitimização dos Profissionais de Segurança Pública e de Defesa Social, acrescenta inciso no § 1º do art. 52 da Lei nº 7.210, de 11 de julho de 1984, e no art. 1.048 da Lei nº 13.105, de 16 de março de 2015, e acrescenta o artigo 23-A e altera o art. 394-A do Decreto-Lei nº 3.689, de 3 de outubro de 1941, para dispor sobre medidas de prevenção e enfrentamento da vitimização dos agentes de segurança pública e de defesa social, e dá outras providências.
