The bill creates the "Antes que Aconteça" ("Before It Happens") Program. The official summary (ementa) does not detail what the program's goal is, who it is aimed at or how it would work.
The subject of this bill was chosen by artificial intelligence and may be wrong: The official summary (ementa) gives only the name of the program and does not say what its area or goal is; a second reading agreed, but without much certainty; the bill did not fit well in any of the subjects.
