NOVA EMENTA: Altera o art. 24 da Lei nº 12.846, de 1º de agosto de 2013, para estabelecer que, no âmbito da União, a multa e o perdimento de bens, direitos ou valores aplicados com fundamento na referida Lei, ressalvado o direito do lesado ou do terceiro de boa-fé, serão destinados a investimentos em obras de infraestrutura, aquisição de veículos para transporte escolar, equipamentos e materiais permanentes para as escolas públicas de educação infantil e de ensino fundamental e médio ou, atendidas as despesas com educação especificadas, a despesas com saúde.
